At the Institute for Ethical Research and Innovation (IERI), we are committed to conducting research and developing innovations that benefit society in a responsible and ethical way. We believe that research and innovation should be conducted for the betterment of all. This means that we must broaden the definition of research beyond the traditional focus on human-centred inquiry. We must also consider the needs of other living things and the environment.

These challenges are interconnected, and they require a holistic approach to address. Rapid change is necessary to avoid the worst impacts of these challenges. We need to develop new technologies and solutions that can help us transition to a more sustainable and equitable world. Above all, we need to change our thinking and the basics behind almost all the disciplines belonging to social science including economics, natural science and technology.
